June was a busy month for us. We spent the first 2 weeks of the month cleaning and fixing up the new house so that we could move in. And then we went on a very short vacation. And we came back and finished moving in. And we added a new member to our family! So the house. Its not finished by a LONG shot, but its done enough that we can be comfortable here and just go room by room until its all done. Next summer will begin the outside work. I love having a clothes line- it makes my job soo much easier :) and I know y'all want some pictures of this process we've been going through...
This is the dinning room there's no before/after of this one. Oh yeah! PJ is now walking 100% of the time now too!!

Baylie's bedroom before and after (ps it had nasty carpet before) and the curtains are a spring green not yellow like the picture shows.

Before and after of the kid's play room.

Before and after of the kitchen, the after is a little messy sorry we are still getting some things sorted out.

After and before of PJ's bedroom (again with the yucky carpet)

Daisy's room before and after...its not all done yet but close enough.

This is the spare bathroom/kids bath after and before...no more grayple!!!
The vacation. It was more of a mini vacation. We left Saturday the 18th and came home on Monday the 20th. We went to James' family's ranch in South Dakota for their annual family reunion. It was lovely to see everyone again. The last time we were there Daisy was 10 months old...its been a while. I realized when I got home that I didnt take any pictures...not one! I was so angry with myself, but maybe this fall or next spring we can go back and I can try for pictures again.
The moving. We spent our first night in the new house on the 16th. We only had basics here, but it was getting tiresome going back and forth at night from one house to the next and we were close enough that staying here made more sense. After we got back from SD I put a fire under the process and we got it done in about a week. So now all the stuff from inside the old house is inside and (mostly) put up in the new one. The stuff from the shed and the front yard of the old house will probably get moved this weekend or next. It takes time to move a fence and a swing set! But the kids are setteling in nicely and everyone is enjoying having their own room, and mom and dad are enjoying having a kids area and an adult area. :)
